Clarence Mounties stayed perfect on the season, beating Pleasant Gap 6-2, at Clarence. Pleasant Gap broke a 0-0 game in the top of the 2nd. Matt Foldman led off with a single, and moved to 2nd on a sac bunt by Tony Rider. Foldman scored on an RBI single by Zach Stimley. Clarence responded with 3 runs in the bottom of the 2nd. Brian Kochik had a double, and was drove in by an RBI single by Ryan Guenot. Bryan Green added a 2 RBI single, to make the score 3-1 Clarence. The lead held though the game, and Clarence held onto win 6-2. Starter Justin Taylor went 6 innings for the W, scattering 4 hits and striking out 7. Brandon Barnyack pitched the 7th for the save.
